Where to Start |

Step 1 Fill Out Online Information Form
This initiates the process to getting into your new business. It gives us the information that we require to help you discover Printwear Xpress and put on the right track. |

Step 2 Initial Phone interview
Within two days of completing the online information form, a Printwear Xpress representative will contact you to (1) discuss the information on your form, (2) identify and determine the location or location(s) in which you are interested, (3) learn more about your business experience and history, and (4) verify your address to send you a UFOC. We may speak several times before we decide together to get a UFOC and move on during the process. |

Step 3 Receive UFOC
After the initial interview if you have the requirements, and more importantly passion to be successful then we will then send out to you a copy of the Printwear Xpress UFOC (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular), which is required by federal and franchising law and offers a significant amount of information on the past, present and future of the Printwear Xpress experience. By signing and returning the last page of the UFOC, you acknowledge receipt of the document and may continue through the development process. |

Step 4 Follow up Phone Call
After you will receive the UFOC we will then call to discuss the UFOC and answer any and all questions that may come up. We will then find discuss financing options and begin the process of getting financing in place with several different institutions or your own. |

Step 5 Discovery Day
Once you have received verification that you will be financially approved to move forward with the project we will schedule a Discovery Day. You will be required to visit Printwear Xpress's corporate office for "Discovery Day", a one day meeting at the corporate office in Green Bay, WI. The day is designed for you to receive answers to any questions that you may have on Printwear Xpress. It also affords you the opportunity to learn more about the people of Printwear Xpress. Finally, Discovery Day allows you to see a live operating store and a production of items both on and off premise. |

Step 6 Preliminary Agreement
After the Discovery Day is complete you will have the opportunity to complete the preliminary agreement, and make your deposit. In effect the preliminary agreement locks in your territory and gives us the ability to start working with you to find your location and begin your business. |

Step 7 Site Location
Once the preliminary agreement and deposit is in place, a member of Printwear Xpress's Executive team will visit your market and help you assist in the process of locating and appropriate location for your new store. Printwear Xpress will even assist you in writing an offer to lease on your location. |

Step 8 Document Signed
Once the location is secured you then receive the Franchise Agreement which will need to be signed and returned along with the remainder of the franchise fee. This will be the final step to get you into the business. Training will be scheduled and all fees and costs will be due 45 days prior to opening of the store. |

Step 9 Training
Training is broken down into two phases. The first phase is Printwear Xpress University at the Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI. This will go over the entire process and begin to develop your sales skills. The second phase takes place at Your store. We will bring our staff down to train you on the operations and setting up of your store. Then you will have a SWF Technician to train you on your equipment. The last week of training is designed around sales and marketing at your store. |
