Training and support is the foundation to your beginning and building of your store.  You will have some very intense training to prepare you for the operation of your new store.  The training is broken down to four distinct segments.  We spend a week during each segment to develop the tools necessary to function smoothly.  One week is spent at the corporate training center.  The other three weeks are spent at your location with your equipment.

The week long training at the corporate training center is focused on the understanding the and learning the Printwear Xpress systems and procedures.  This first week is very intense and will set the foundation and unveil the tools you will have to run your location.

The following three weeks take place at your location.  The first week is a operations and systems training.  During this week we will bring what you have learned at the corporate training center to life.  You will set up your office and begin using the process to make sure all orders are handled properly.

The second of the three weeks is focused on the equipment training in your store. You will be learning how to operate and successfully run your embroidery and digital garment printer.   SWF sends out a certified trainer and technician to teach you the equipment.  This trainer is the same trainer who trains all the Printwear Xpress Franchisee's.  Experience and familiarity of our systems can only enhance the level of training in regards to the equipment.

The most important week will be spent learning the sales and marketing for your particular area.  You will be doing hands on sales calls, cold calls, and follow up activities.  This is the most important aspect of your new business.  You will have an experienced trainer to walk you through the sales process and help you critique your calls and visits. 

It doesn't stop there!  Training and Support are never finished. There is always new idea's and processes that will be introduced.  You will undoubtedly get to a point and will wonder, “Now what?”  That is where we step in to provide you with the tools necessary and the guidance to help you steer you in the right direction.  That is our passion, to provide the tools and be able to give you advice or suggestions along the way!
